Dynamic Reasoning has been running sales training for over 20 years and we have identified core skills that optimise sales productivity and energise sales teams.

But sales training can sometimes seem unaffordable in terms of budget and also time away from the desk.

This is why we developed Sparks, a continuous learning concept designed specifically for today's sales environment.

Because fundamentally, the way we think can provide a competitive advantage.

  • Many sales individuals work remotely and often miss the informal and organic learning opportunities that come from working side by side
  • National account teams who are office based can often work in isolation, focusing on their buyers and not sharing ideas or learnings
  • In smaller organisations, there are limited opportunities for Account Managers to learn from more experienced colleagues

Our bite size skills training is all about taking a step back and developing core skills that enable sales people to be better prepared, better able to sell and better able to negotiate.

How do Sparks training sessions work?

  • Short bursts of sales training focusing on core skills
  • 1.5 hours of training (with up to 12 attendees at a time)
  • Facilitated via Zoom or Teams with interactive activities
  • Training material provided post each session to embed the skills

How much is the total Sparks program?
