At Dynamic Reasoning, we are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking.
Cancellations by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at vanessabrown@dynamicreasoning.co.uk.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the webinar date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the webinar date are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to a future session subject to availability.
- Non-attendance on the day without prior notice is non-refundable.
UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase. However, if the webinar takes place within this 14-day window and you have consented to the service beginning immediately, your right to cancel may be waived once the session has been delivered.
Cancellations by Dynamic Reasoning
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. We will notify you as soon as possible by email.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at vanessabrown@dynamicreasoning.co.ukdynamicreasoninguk@gmail.com
Post-Session Materials
Workbooks and templates shared after the session are non-refundable once delivered.
