No Physical Shipping
Dynamic Reasoning provides training services and digital resources exclusively. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges will ever apply to your order.
How You Receive Your Purchase
Upon completing your booking, you will receive the following digitally by email:
- Zoom joining link — included within your meeting request confirmation, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Post-session workbook — if included within the training course then templates and frameworks covered during the session will be emailed to you within 2 business days of the webinar date.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your joining link or post-session materials within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate them, contact us at and we will resend promptly.
International Attendees
Our webinars are open to international participants. All sessions are delivered in English via Zoom. No additional charges apply for international bookings.
