We offer live online training webinars, onboarding programmes, and strategic development consultancy services. All webinars are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise stated. Session details, including date, time, and joining instructions, will be confirmed by email upon booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and content delivered as part of our services are the intellectual property of Dynamic Reasoning.

You may use these materials for your own internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them with third parties without our prior written consent.

6. Participant Conduct

By attending a session, you agree to engage respectfully with trainers and other participants. Dynamic Reasoning reserves the right to remove any participant from a session without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

7. Recording

Sessions may not be recorded by participants. We may record sessions for quality and training purposes but participants will be notified in advance if this is the case.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our training services are provided for educational and professional development purposes. Dynamic Reasoning accepts no liability for business decisions made based on content delivered in our sessions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant session.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
