Optimise every buyer meeting
How to make the most of every buyer meeting
Sales roles can often feel pretty stressful.
Balancing internal and external demands can be hard, at any level.
Customer facing roles often involve
- Juggling the challenges of meeting internal demands (the important priorities)
- Whilst dealing with mostly urgent buyer requests (that are not always straight forward to answer).
The long list of urgent tasks take over which can feel like crisis management.

When the tasks are important, the pressure can build.
When everything appears urgent it can be hard to take time to think and regain control.
Sales people can often find themselves rushing to a meeting or responding to an email from a buyer without giving it much (or enough) thought.

So how can sales people manage different priorities and optimise every meeting?
In 1.5 hours of bite size training we will share tools and techniques to help sales people in any role to optimise their buyer meetings.
During our Optimising Meetings (bite size) training attendees learn:
The importance of thinking ahead and how to create a vision or roadmap that will help you to stay focused on the bigger picture |
